After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of North Carolina, he furthered his education at West Virginia University, where he obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Upon graduation, Dr. Burnette returned to his home state to serve the community he holds dear.
